TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your credit card information is required - it will be safely stored through Square when you request your appointment online. Further charges will only occur is cancelation, rescheduling and late fees apply.

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for all guests, 24 hour advanced notice is required should you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment. Canceling or Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in the cancelation fee of 50% of the estimated service total price.
LATE ARRIVALS
Services for clients arriving late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and a cancelation fee will apply.
COMPANY / CHILDREN
No additional guests or children will be allowed at your appointment at this time.
RETAIL EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns at this time. Please discuss with your esthetician at The Ally Aesthetic for best product recommendations.
